Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Fio banka, a. s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy. V praktické části je zhodnocena konkurenceschopnost společnosti, a to pomocí analýz mikro a makrookolí. Dále je využita PEST analýza, Porterům model pěti sil a Benchmarking. Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the competitiveness analysis of the company Fio banka, a.s. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts. The practical part evaluates the competitiveness of the company using micro and macro analyzes.
