Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na současný penzijní systém v ČR a možnosti jeho reformy. V první části se seznámíme s typologií důchodových systémů. Následuje popis současného systému v České republice, a také penzijní reformy ve vybraných státech, kterými je možno se inspirovat. This dissertation is focused on the pension system in the Czech Republic and possibilities of its reform. In the first part we become acquainted with the classification of pension systems, followed by description of actual pension system in the Czech Republic and reforms of pension systems in selected countries, where we can inspire ourselves.
