VVER1000 - Modernization of flanged joints in the drive plugs of LKP-M

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout nové konstrukční řešení přírubových spojů v oblasti zátky lineárního krokového pohonu pro jaderný reaktor typu VVER-1000. Na začátku práce je popsán princip a způsoby řízení jaderných reaktorů. Dále je uveden popis současného provedení lineárního krokového pohonu pro reaktor VVER-1000 od společnosti ŠKODA JS a.s. . V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy nového konstrukčního řešení. Pro vybranou variantu je proveden výpočet základních rozměrů. Také je provedeno vyhodnocení kategorií napětí (s)1 a (s)2 dle normy NTD A.S.I. . Většina uvedených informací byla získána z odborné literatury a technické dokumentace společnosti ŠKODA JS a.s. .

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis is to devise a new design of flanged joints in plug area of linear stepper drive for nuclear reactor type VVER-1000. At the beginning of this thesis are described principles and methods of controlling nuclear reactors. Furthermore is described the execution of the current version of linear stepper drive for VVER-1000 reactor developed by company ŠKODA JS a.s. . In the practical part of the thesis are presented proposals for a new design solutions. For the selected option is executed calculation of basic dimensions. The evaluation of stress categories (s)1 and (s)2 is also executed in accordance to the NTD A.S.I. standard. Most of the information was obtained from literature and technical documentation of company ŠKODA JS as .
