Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na připravenost společnosti Kiwi.com vstoupit na veřejný trh cenných papírů prostřednictvím prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií (IPO). V první části práce je pojednáváno o základních předpokladech, které by společnost měla splňovat a také detailně popsán proces veřejné nabídky cenných papírů. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focuses on readiness of the company Kiwi.com for an initial public offering (IPO). First part of the thesis deals with main requirements that should company meet. This part also describes in detail the process of the IPO. The second part includes the analysis of individual requirements with deeper focus on financial health of the company.
