In this thesis we study the stability of solutions of equations. The thesis is divided into two chapters—differential and difference equations. We discuss the basic types of stability, such as stability in the sense of Lyapunov, uniform stability, asymptotic stability, exponential stability, uniform asymptotic stability, and strong stability. V této práci se věnujeme stabilitě řešení rovnic. Práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol na diferenciální a diferenční rovnice. Uvedeme základní typy stability, kterými jsou ljapunovská stabilita, stejnoměrná stabilita, asymptotická stabilita, exponenciální stabilita, stejnoměrná asymptotická stabilita, případně silná stabilita.
