Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem hypotečních úvěrů a diskontní sazby v České republice. V teoretické části se věnuji charakteristice hypotečních úvěrů a diskontní sazby. This thesis is dealt with the development of the mortgage loan and discount rate in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of mortgage loan and discount rate.
