Kultura málotřídní školy a její vliv na rozhodování rodičů o výběru školy

One-room school culture and its impact on the parents` decision on the school selection
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá kulturou málotřídní školy. Popisuje vztah kultury školy a školního klimatu. Vychází při tom z teorie marketingu a posuzuje vliv managementu školy na utváření její kultury. Empirická část zkoumá kulturu konkrétní málotřídní školy a její vliv na rozhodování rodičů o výběru školy.
Abstract:
The dissertation is concerned with the culture of a small class school. It describes relation of school culture and school climate. It results from marketing theory and examines the effect of school management on the school culture formation. Empirical part examines a culture of specific small class school and its effect on the parents decision on the school selection.
