Abstract:

V bakalářské práci Současná rodina a její právní statut - komparace různých forem soužití se zabývám rodinou, jejím vývojem, současným stavem a tím, jak je pojímána mladou generací. V teoretické části popisuji historický vývoj rodiny, na kterou navazuje současné pojetí rodiny a její zabezpečení z pohledu práva. Dále popisuji stav, který bývá nazýván jako krize rodiny a okolnostmi partnerských rozchodů a rozvodů. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumem, který byl proveden v generaci mladých lidí ve věku 15-20 roků, a který se týká jejich vnímání současné rodiny a partnerských vztahů.

Abstract:

The work The current family and its legal status - a comparison of different forms of cohabitation I deal with the family, its development, current status and how it is understood the young generation. In the theoretical part describes the historical development of the family, followed by the current concept of family and its security from the perspective of law. Also describe a condition that is called as a family crisis and circumstances of partner breakups and divorces. In the practical part I been under-research that was carried out in a generation of young people aged 15-20 years, and which relates to their perception of the contemporary family and partner relationships.
