Conduct with a Client – Comparison of Theory and Practice

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce „ Jednání s klientem – porovnání teorie a praxe“ se dá uchopit nejrůznějšími způsoby. Cíl práce „Analyzovat styly jednání různých typů klientů ve finančním poradenství a ověřit, zda v praxi finančního poradenství fungují teoretická doporučení“. Autor se zaměřil na jednání různých typů klientů ve finančním poradenství. Téma bakalářské práce je z oblasti marketingu a psychologie, což jsou v dnešní době úzce spjaté obory. V teoretické části jsou popsány různé typologie klientů, následná charakteristika a postupy, jak s kterým typem klienta jednat. V praktické části autor za pomoci videokamery zdokumentoval jednání mezi zkušeným finančním poradcem a jeho budoucími či stálými klienty. Tato jednání s klienty autor následně analyzoval a za pomoci teoretických znalostí z první části práce je zařadil do jednotlivých typologií. Závěrem autor zhodnotil jednání a navrhl doporučení.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's work is “Conduct with Client – comparison of theory and practice“. It can be dealt with in many ways with this topic. The aim of this work is to analyze the different approaches to conduct with the various types of clients in financial counselling and confirm if the theoretical recommendations are properly used in the field of financial counseling. The author has focused on the act of conduct with client in financial counselling. The topic of this bachelor's work comes within the ambit of marketing and psychology. These two specializations are now days tightly close to each other. In the theoretical part I wrote about the various typologies of clients, their characteristics and procedures that are used during the act of conduct with them. In the practical part the author documented the conduct between the experienced counsellor and his potentional or permanent client, with the help of a camera. These dealings were then analyzed by the author and divided into adequate groups of typologies according to the information’s and knowledge gained from the theoretical part. In the end the author reviewed the dealings and gave recommendations.
