Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je zostrojenie stratégie rozvoja firmy. Základom je analýza vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia podniku s dôrazom na jeho silné a slabé stránky ako aj príležitosti a hrozby. Práca sa delí na dve časti.
