Problems of cooperation between the school and families in high school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problémy spolupráce školy a rodiny na střední škole. Teoretická část se zabývá současnými problémy výchovy v dnešní společnosti zaměřené na výchovu v rodině, její funkce a rodinné problémy. Dále jsou klasifikovány formy spolupráce a podrobně je rozebrána spolupráce Odborného učiliště a Praktické školy v Mohelnici s rodinami. Část diplomové práce je věnována komunikaci, její kvalitě a obtížím v komunikaci. Součástí diplomové práce je dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na školu, žáky a rodiče. Cílem je zjištění, zda je komunikace školy a rodiny při řešení důležitých problémů dostačující a jakými způsoby škola a rodina nejčastěji komunikuje a co je hlavními problémy spolupráce.

Abstract:

This master?s thesis is focused on problems in cooperation between a school and a family on the level of secondary education. The theoretical part deals with contemporary issues of education in today?s society which is focused on education within a family, the functions of such education and family problems. Furthermore there is a classification of forms of the cooperation and a detailed analysis of the co-operation between Vocational School in Mohelnice and the families. A part of the thesis is dedicated to communication in general, its quality and communication problems. The thesis includes a questionnaire survey which is focused on a school, students and parents. The aim of the survey is to find out if the communication between a school and a family is sufficient or not for making the important solutions and in what ways they communicate with each other mostly and what the most frequent problems of their cooperation are.
