Employee adaptation process analysis focused on a specific business

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptací nových zaměstnanců na konkrétní podnik. Hlavním cílem je analýza aktuálního adaptačního procesu recepčních. Cílem je zjistit, zda jsou s adaptací spokojeny a odhalit slabá místa nebo chyby adaptace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy související s adaptací a adaptačním procesem. Praktická část je rozdělena na metodologickou, analytickou a návrhovou část. V analytické části je představen podnik, na který je práce psána. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů, se zjišťuje dosavadní stav adaptačního procesu v podniku a je vyhodnocena odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Díky analýze výsledků výzkumu je možné navrhnout, jak předcházet chybám v adaptaci a předložit konkrétní vylepšení celého průběhu adaptace.

Abstract:

This thesis is about employee adaptation in a specific work environment. The main goal is to analyse the existing adaptation process of receptionists in a specific environment. Find out, whether the employees are satisfied with the overall process and reveal the weak spots or flaws in adaption. The content of the thesis is logically divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, all the important concepts of adaption and adaptation process are explained. The practical part is then divided into the methodological part, analytical part and suggestions for improvements. The specific business of the study is introduced in the analytical part. With the use of questionaries and personal interviews, the current state of the adaptation process is assessed and the responses are evaluated according to the main question of the research. With the result analysis, it is possible to present how to avoid adaption errors and make suggestions on how to improve the current state of the overall process.
