Characteristic of tourism labour market and its possible changes by industry 4.0
Abstract:
Diplomová práce analyzuje vliv průmyslu 4.0 na trh práce v cestovním ruchu. Specifikuje trh práce v cestovním ruchu a charakteristiku zaměstnanosti. Součástí práce je také primární výzkum rozdělené na dvě části. Cílem výzkumu je přinést pohled spotřebitelů a hotelových manažerů na problematiku technologií, digitalizace, robotizace a automatizace v oblasti hotelnictví.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis analyzes influence of the industry 4.0 for labour market of tourism. Thesis also particularizes the labour market of tourism and definates the characteristic of employment in tourism. The part of this thesis are also two primary researches.
