The thesis is focused on the European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union, also known under the name Frontex. Diplomová práca sa zameriava na Agentúru pre správu operatívnej spolupráce pri vonkajších hraniciach, známu tiež pod názvom Frontex. Agentúra vznikla na základe Nariadenia Rady č. 2007/2004, ale od svojho vzniku prešla dvoma revíziami.
