Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Manažerské funkce - teorie a praxe. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, kde první část se věnuje teorii manažerských funkcí a druhá část představuje samostatný výzkum zaměřený na praktické využití těchto funkcí ve vybraných středních podnicích v automobilovém průmyslu České republiky. Teoretická část práce definuje základní manažerské funkce, jako plánování, organizování, vedení a kontrola, a dále představuje klíčové koncepty a teoretické modely managementu. Ve výzkumné části je pak aplikována kvalitativní metodologie prostřednictvím strukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery, s cílem zjistit, jak jsou teoretické principy manažerských funkcí uplatňovány v praxi a jaké jsou možnosti jejich zlepšení pro zvýšení efektivity a konkurenceschopnosti podniků. Na základě zjištění jsou formulována doporučení pro podniky a manažery, jak lépe využívat manažerské funkce pro dosahování obchodních cílů. Práce tak přináší komplexní pohled na problematiku manažerských funkcí a jejich aplikaci v reálném podnikatelském prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic Management functions - theory and practice. The thesis is divided into two main parts, where the first part is devoted to the theory of management functions and the second part is an independent research focused on the practical use of these functions in selected medium-sized enterprises in the automotive industry of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic managerial functions such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling, and introduces key concepts and theoretical models of management. The research part then applies a qualitative methodology through structured interviews with managers in order to find out how the theoretical principles of management functions are applied in practice and what are the possibilities of improving them to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated for businesses and managers on how to better use managerial functions to achieve business objectives. The thesis offers a comprehensive overview of management functions and their application in the real business environment.
