Current Changes in the financing of housing in Slovakia
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to get familiar with current changes, with conditions of lending loans for housing in Slovakia. The theoretical knowledge is completed by a comparison of current opportunities in the financing of housing and analysis of selected banks´ offers, which show the diversity of model examples.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je oboznámenie sa s aktuálnymi zmenami, podmienkami poskytovania úverov na bývanie na Slovensku. Teoretické poznatky dopĺňa porovnanie aktuálnych možností financovania bývania a analýza ponuky vybraných bánk, pri ktorých je znázornená rozdielnosť modelových príkladov.
