Diplomová práce se zabývá incidenčními spory v insolvenčním právu tak, jak jsou upraveny v insolvenčním zákoně v aktuálním znění, s ohledem na stále se vyvíjející judikaturu převážně Nejvyššího soudu České republiky. This thesis deals with incidential disputes in insolvency law, as adjusted in the Insolvency Act, as amended, according to the still evolving jurisprudence mostly of the Supreme Court of Czech Republic. The thesis, among other things, focuses on the development of the topic in the Czech Republic during the 20th century.
