Improvement of a mechanism of an enterprise strategy development
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována výkladů teoretických aspektů strategie rozvoje podniku. Tento doklad popisuje metody pro rozvoj strategie podniku a nástroje pro jeho realizaci. Např. OAS "Brovaru" vypracovaná účinná strategie rozvoje podniku.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to revealing theoretical aspects of the strategy of enterprise activity. It describes methods of enterprise strategy development as well as the ways of its implementation. An effective strategy of enterprise activity development was exploited herein in the work evidence from OJSC “Brovar”.
