Searching and securing for biological traces

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o oboru kriminalistické biologie. Jejím cílem je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou kriminalistické biologie, a hlavně popsat způsoby vyhledávání a zajišťování biologických stop. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž v celé práci je použita metoda popisu a v praktické části výzkumná metoda experimentu. První kapitola se zabývá historickým vývojem kriminalistické biologie a genetiky. V další kapitole jsou popsány a klasifikovány její objekty jako objekty zkoumání. Hlavní část se zabývá vybranými druhy biologických stop a popisuje jejich specifika při procesu vyhledávání a zajišťování těchto stop. Hlavní část se také zabývá zásadami vyhledávání zajišťování a zasílání biologických stop obecně. Předposlední část, která je opět považována za stěžejní pro tuto práci, je kapitola zabývající se orientačními zkouškami, konkrétně orientačními zkouškami pro zjištění krve. Na tuto část navazuje část praktická, ve které je proveden experiment, který prokazuje, že postup pro vybrané orientační zkoušky uvedený v teorii, funguje v praxi.

Abstract:

This diplomation thesis deals about filed of forensic biology. Its aim is to acquaint readers with the issues of forensic biology and mainly describe ways oc searching and securing biological traces. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, while the description method is used throughout the thesis and in the practical part is used experiment research method. The first chapter deals with historical development of forensic biology and genetic. In the next chapture are described and classified its objects as objects of study. The main part deals with selected types of biological traces and describes their characteristic in the search process and ensuring the traces. The main section also deals with the general principles of the searching, ensuring and sending biological traces. The penultimate part, which is again considered to be a crucial part for this thesis, there is a chapter dealing with indicative tests, namely the indicative blood‘s tests. On this part follows part of the practical, in which it is conducted an experiment, which demonstrates that the procedure for the selecteed indicative tests referend to in theory part of this thesis, works in practice.
