Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci logistických procesů vybraného ekonomického subjektu. Zkoumaným subjektem je firma Agrien s.r.o., působící v oboru údržby zeleně. Základem práce je analýza činností firmy a specifického prostředí, ve kterém působí. V další části práce jsou výsledky analýzy vyhodnoceny za použití jedné z metod řízení projektů. Použitá je tzv. metoda CPM. Tato metoda slouží k časové analýze provádění činností v rámci daného projektu. Metoda je aplikována na projekt realizace údržby zeleně ve veřejném sektoru. Analýza metodou CPM odhalila časové rezervy prováděných činností. V poslední části práce jsou vyhodnoceny získané výsledky, na jejichž základě je nalezena cesta, vedoucí k optimalizaci procesu údržby zeleně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on an optimization of logistic processes of the selected economic subject. The operator under examination is Agrien s.r.o., the company is active in the field of greenery maintenance. The basis for the thesis is the analysis of the activities of the company and the specific environment in which it operates. In the next part of the thesis, there are evaluated the results of the analysis using one of the methods of project management. The applied method is called "CPM". This method is used for time analyze of implementation of activities under the project. This method is applied for the project of realization of greenery maintenance in the public sector. The analysis using CPM method detected time reserves of performed activities. In the last part of the thesis, there are evaluated the obtained results which are basis for finding a way resulting in the optimizing the project of greenery maintenance.
