Application of graduates of the study program social policy and social work in the labor market

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku uplatnění absolventů studijního programu Sociální politika a sociální práce na FSE UJEP v Ústí nad Labem na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je identifikovat požadované dovednosti a znalosti absolventů st. programu Sociální politika a sociální práce v kontextu požadavků studia a trhu práce. Data jsem shromáždila pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které jsem poté vyhodnotila vytvořením grafů. Následně jsem zvážila možné návrhy řešení. Výzkumem jsem zjistila, že trh práce jako hlavní tři body požaduje vzdělání, práci s PC a komunikační dovednosti. Dále bylo zjištěno, čím se aktuálně absolventi zabývají, kolik jich pracuje v sociálních službách či nikoli, zda dále pokračovali v magisterském studiu či jak oni vnímají uplatňování na trhu práce- zda s tím měli problémy. Na základě zjištěných údajů je možné porovnat, jaké požadavky požaduje FSE UJEP ve svém studijním programu a jaké trh práce.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on employment of graduates from the studying program social politics and social work at FSE UJEP in Ústí nad Labem on the labour market. The target of this bachelor thesis is identification skills and knowledge of graduates from the studying program social politics and social work based on comparison of study requirements and labour market. I collected data using questionnaire, which I evaluated by graphs. Afterwards I suggested the solution. I found out the labour market suggests main three points education, work with PC and communication skills. Then I found out what the graduates are currently doing, how many of them work in social services, if they continue in master study, how they notice the employment in their field and if they had some problems with it. According to this bachelor thesis you can compare the demands of FSE UJEP and the labour market.
