Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku správních úkonů vedených podle zákona o provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích, tzv. „jiných“ správních úkonů. V první části se zabývá srovnáním postupů dle „standardního“ správního řízení s „jinými“ správními úkony. This Bachelor’s Dissertation is focused on the topic of administrative acts which are conducted under the law of traffic rules for vehicles on roads, known as “other” admin-istrative acts.
