Nádorové onemocnění děložního hrdla je druhé nejčastější onemocnění žen na světě s vysokou incidencí a mortalitou. Nejdůležitější etiologický faktor podílející se na vzniku dysplázií a karcinomu děložního hrdla je Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), který se přenáší pohlavním stykem. Abstract:
Cervix uteri tumor disease is the second most frequent women´s disease round the world and bears high incidence and mortality. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) – a sexual intercourse-borne infection – is the most important aetiologic factor leading to the occurance of cervix uteri dysplasia and cervix uteri carcinoma.
