Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou počtu insolvenčních návrhů v letech 2010–2020 v ČR v odvětvích zemědělství a lesnictví, zpracovatelský průmysl, stavebnictví a doprava. Pro další analýzu zkoumám vývoj nezaměstnanosti, inflace a HDP. Data čerpám z veřejně dostupných zdrojů. Pomocí analýzy časových řad a komparace zanalyzuji a porovnám vývoj insolvencí. Využitím kauzální analýzy zjistím, proč byly v daných letech vysoké počty insolvencí. Zabývám se také tím, jaká odvětví byla v době krize, co se týká insolvencí, nejvíce zasažena, proč přecházely podniky v období růstu do úpadku a jakým způsobem by se měly podniky přizpůsobit na další případnou krizi. Navíc zjišťuji, zdali existuje mezi počty insolvencí v odvětvích a makroekonomickými ukazateli vztah a jaký bude vývoj insolvencí v budoucnu. Během krize byla nejvíce zasažena oblast stavebnictví. Největší počty insolvencí mohu sledovat v roce 2012. Podniky přecházely do úpadku v období růstu z důvodu zadlužení nebo nedostatku pracovních příležitostí. Další krizi se mohou podniky vyhnout například navýšením peněžní rezervy. Nejsilnější vztah vypočtený za pomoci korelace je mezi počty insolvencí a nezaměstnaností. Ta má i nejsilnější závislost s počty insolvencí a nejvíce mi ovlivní jejich roční počet v budoucnu. Přínos této práce vidím v analyzování počtů insolvencí v daných odvětvích, který není téměř nikde v odborných článcích zaznamenán. Dále vidím přínos i ve stanovení předpokladů, jak podniky mohou předejít další krizi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the number of insolvency proposals in the years 2010–2020 in the Czech Republic in the sectors of agriculture and forestry, processing industry, construction and transport. For further analysis, I examine the development of unemployment, inflation and GDP. I draw data from publicly available sources. Using time series analysis and comparison, I analyse and compare the development of insolvencies. Using causal analysis, I will find out why there were high numbers of insolvencies in the given years. I also deal with which industries were most affected by insolvency during the crisis, why businesses went into bankruptcy during times of growth, and how businesses should adapt to the next possible crisis. In addition, I find out whether there is a relationship between the number of insolvencies in sectors and macroeconomic indicators and what the development of insolvencies will be in the future. During the crisis, the construction industry was the most affected. I can observe the largest number of insolvencies in 2012. Businesses went into bankruptcy during a period of growth due to indebtedness or lack of job opportunities. They can avoid the next crisis, for example, by increasing the cash reserve. The strongest relationship calculated using the correlation is between the number of insolvencies and unemployment. It also has the strongest dependence on the number of insolvencies and will most affect their annual number in the future. I see the benefit of this work in analysing the number of insolvencies in the given sectors, which is almost nowhere recorded in professional articles. I also see a benefit in setting the conditions for how businesses can prevent the next crisis.
