Tato diplomová práce bude mít za cíl navrhnout možnosti řešení problému malých obcí (do 500 obyvatel) v okrese Humenné se zabezpečováním služeb (zejména komerčních) a tím, jak je v dané obci udržet. Dále bude poukázáno na to, jak tyto obce zabezpečují svoji obslužnost nad rámec zákonných povinností a jak se s tím vyrovnávají. Abstract:
This diploma thesis will aim to propose solutions to the problems of small municipalities (up to 500 inhabitants) in the Humenné district with the provision of services (especially commercial ones) and how to keep them inside.
