Gravitace patří mezi nejdůležitější a nejstabilnější stimuly, které ovlivňují morfogenezi rostlin a základní orientaci rostliny v prostředí. Gravity is one of the most important and stable stimuli affecting plant morphogenesis and its basic root/shoot polarity. Gravity sensing of plants is a complex process, which has been studied for more than 100 years, but its exact mechanism is still unknown, although recently published articles have been helping to elucidate this phenomenon of developmental biology.
