Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou hranice správních obvodů obcí s rozšířenou působností Luhačovice a Valašské Klobouky vymezeny přesně. A zároveň také vyšetřit, zda jsou i samotná centra (obce s rozšířenou působností) těchto obvodů zvolena správně. K dosažení cíle jsou využity poznatky z historie územní veřejné správy. Detailně je zkoumán proces vzniku obcí s rozšířenou působností. Důležitou součástí práce je analýza dojížďky za prací. Na ní navazuje rozbor migračních procesů. Řešeny jsou také dobrovolné svazky obcí. Poznatky jednotlivých částí jsou doplněny výstupy z dotazníkového šetření regionálních vztahů provedeného na obecních úřadech.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whereas the boundaries of the administrative districts of municipalities with extended authority Luhačovice and Valašské Klobouky are defined correctly. And to examine if the particular centres (of the municipalities with the extended authority) of these districts are chosen right. To reach this aim, the knowledge about the history of the regional public administration is used. The process of the origin of the municipalities with extended authority is examined in detail. The important part of this thesis is the analysis of the labor commuting, which is followed by a escription of the migration processes and voluntary bunches of municipalities are discussed as well. The knowledge from individual parts are supplemented by the outcomes from the questionnaire concerning the regional relationships undertaken in the municipal offices.
