Tato práce se zaměřuje na dostupné možnosti financování bydlení v České republice. Teoretická část vymezuje domov a typy bydlení spolu s postojem dnešní společnosti k nim. Velká pozornost je věnována analýze vlastních, cizích a státních zdrojů financování bydlení. Praktická část zahrnuje vývoj cen bydlení a faktory, které ovlivňují splácení úvěrů. This thesis focuses on the available housing financing options in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the home and types of housing, together with the attitude of today's society towards them.
