Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje téma "Problematika domácích porodů". V posledních letech můžeme pozorovat zvyšující se trend domácích porodů. Ženy, které se pro domácí porod rozhodnou jsou brány společností za nezodpovědné a riskující nejen svůj život ale i život svého nenarozeného dítěte. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit důvody a motivace žen vedoucí k volbě domácího porodu a s čím jejich volba souvisí. V bakalářské práci byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum, který byl realizován formou online dotazníkového šetření. Zároveň byla použita u části respondentek metoda snowball. Výběr respondentek byl stratifikován krajem a podmínkou porodu v posledních 5 letech. Výsledky bakalářské práce ukazují, že na rozhodnutí žen zvolit si domácí porod se ve většině podílí přístup ze strany porodnice a personálu. Domácí porod si převážně volí ženy s vysokoškolským vzděláním, které rizika domácího porodu vnímají a pracují s nimi. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že ženy si jsou vědomy rizik domácího porodu. Řešením je mj. zlepšení rodinného a intimního prostředí v porodnicích. Zajištění větší informovanosti žen o rizicích porodu ze stran gynekologů a porodních asistentek, popřípadě jak rizikům předcházet nebo jak rizika eliminovat na nejnižší možnou úroveň.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis analyses the topic "Issues of home births". In recent years we can observe an increasing trend of home births. Women who opt for home birth are considered by society as irresponsible and risking not only their life but also the life of their unborn child. The main objective of the study was to find out the reasons and motivations of women leading to the choice of home birth and what their choice is related to. In this bachelor's thesis, quantitative research was chosen, which was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire survey. At the same time, the snowball method was used with some of the respondents. The selection of respondents was stratified by region and the condition of giving birth in the last 5 years. The results of the Bachelor's thesis show that the attitude of the maternity hospital and the staff is mostly involved in the decision of women to choose home birth. Home birth is predominantly chosen by women with a university degree who perceive and work with the risks of home birth. In conclusion, women are aware of the risks of home birth. Solutions include improving the family and intimate environment in maternity hospitals. Ensuring that gynaecologists and midwives make women more aware of the risks of childbirth and how to prevent or minimise the risks.
