Tato práce se primárně zabývá dalším vzděláváním jako prevencí syndromu vyhoření u veterinárních lékařů v ČR. Zabývá se také osobností, sociální oporou a délkou praxe jako protektivními faktory syndromu vyhoření. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 269 veterinárních lékařů ve věku 25 až 77 let. Abstract:
This thesis primarily deals with continuing education as a prevention of burnout among veterinarians in the Czech Republic. It also deals with personality, social support and length of practice as protective factors of burnout. The study involves 269 veterinarians aged 25 to 77 years.
