Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou střetu zájmů podle zákona č. 90/2012 Sb., o obchodních společnostech a družstvech, je tedy zaměřena na výklad střetu zájmů v obchodních korporacích. Tato práce je rozčleněna na úvod, 6 kapitol a závěr. První část slouží k získání základních poznatků k problematice střetu zájmů. Důraz je kladen na zásady, které s touto tématikou úzce souvisí. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the problematic of conflict of interest according to the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (Business Corporations Act).
