Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní analýza systému sledování kvality služeb ve třech vybraných gastronomických provozovnách a dle výsledků určit, která provozovna poskytuje kvalitnější služby. The main objective of this thesis is a comprehensive analysis of service quality monitoring system in three selected dining establishments and according to the results to determine which establishment providing better services.
