Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice psychické zátěže všeobecných sester. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu teoretické části bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na povolání všeobecné sestry. Další kapitoly se věnují problematice psychické zátěže, stresu a syndromu vyhoření v souvislosti s povoláním. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on mental strain of nurses. The thesis includes theoretical and practical part. In the introduction to the theoretical part I summarize the profession of nurses. Next chapters deal with problems of mental strain, stress and burnout syndrom, which is focused on the profession. The practical part is processed on the basis of results of a quantitative research.
