Abstract:
Programovací jazyk Ruby spolu s frameworkem Ruby on Rails se dostaly do širšího povědomí díky rychlosti s jakou v nich lze napsat webovou aplikaci. Schopnost takto vytvořených aplikací obstát v produkčním prostředí omezuje výkon Ruby a jeho nedostatky v internacionalizaci, práci se znakovou sadou UNICODE a ve stabilitě. The programming language Ruby with Ruby on Rails framework has became well known thanks to the speed with which a web application can be written. The success of such applications in a production environment restricts the performance of Ruby and its shortcomings in the internationalization, usage of the Unicode character set and stability.
