Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem rozpočetnictví ve výrobním družstvu ORLÍK-KOMPRESORY. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy a zjištěných nedostatků ve jmenovaném družstvu navrhnout inovovaný systém rozpočetnictví, který bude založený na tradičním přístupu tvorby rozpočtů. Diploma thesis focus on the budgeting system in the company ORLÍK-KOMPRESORY. The aim of the thesis is to suggest an innovative system of budgeting based on the analysis and found problems while using the traditional approach of budgeting.
