Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je srovnat a zhodnotit způsob financování činnosti obcí v ČR a SR na příkladu vybraných obcí. Na základě platné legislativy je popsán hlavní nástroj finančního hospodaření obcí, rozpočet a jeho členění.
