Revenues of property tax depending upon its structure
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu výnosů daně z nemovitostí a to od 1. ledna 1993, kdy vstoupila v platnost nová daňová soustava v České republice. V úvodu mé práce se stručně zmiňuji o historii, dále popisuji charakteristiku zdanění nemovitostí a konstrukci této daně. Převážnou část práce věnuji současnému zdanění v návaznosti na legislativní změny v zákoně o dani z nemovitostí. Zabývala …more
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on revenues analysis of the property tax, especially from 1st January 1993 when the new tax framework of the Czech republic started to be applicable. In the introduction of my thesis I briefly mention about the history, it´s followed by description of characterisation of the properties taxation and the structure of this tax.
