Informing pregnant women of the principles of good nutrition during pregnancy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Informovanost těhotných žen o zásadách správné výživy během těhotenství je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá těhotenstvím - oplozením, implantací, nidací a vývojem plodového vejce. V dalších kapitolách se zaměřuji na prekoncepční výživu, výživu v těhotenství a pitný režim. Popisuji také pyramidu výživy. V praktické části se zabývám průzkumem problematiky výživy u těhotných žen. Je stanoven průzkumný problém a cíle. V kapitole analýza získaných dat jsou uvedeny konkrétní výsledky průzkumu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda jsou těhotné ženy dostatečně informovány o zásadách správné výživy v těhotenství a zda dodržují příslušná výživová doporučení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis, entitled Information for pregnant women on the principles of good nutrition during pregnancy is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with pregnancy - conception, implantation, nidation and development of brood eggs. In other chapters focus on pre-conception nutrition, nutrition in pregnancy and drinking regime. It also describes the nutrition pyramid. In the practical sections deal with issues of nutrition survey of pregnant women. It is determined exploratory problem and objectives. In the chapter analysis of the data shows the specific results of the survey. The work is to determine whether pregnant women are adequately informed of the principles of good nutrition during pregnancy and whether they comply with appropriate dietary recommendations.
