Abstract:
Již v daleké historii byla kůra skořicovníku využívána jako přírodní lék a koření. Dnes je řada rostlin zkoumána kvůli účinkům na organismus, tzv. biologické aktivitě. Skořice obsahuje řadu biologicky aktivních látek s širokým spektrem biologických účinků. Abstract:
In the history there was the cinnamon bark using as a natural medicine and spice. Many kinds of plants are studied for positive effects for the organism, called as biological activity. The cinnamon contains many biological activity substances with a high range of biological effects. In the food industry there are using two species of cinnamon Cinnamomum verum and Cinnamomum cassia.
