Early intervention for families with prematurely born children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rodiny s předčasně narozenými dětmi, kterým byla poskytnuta raná intervence, která byla zajišťována prostřednictvím středisek rané péče. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První část je věnována terminologickému vymezení a vzniku zdravotního postižení, klasifikaci těžkého zdravotního postižení. Je zde zmíněna i důležitost rodiny dítěte s postižením a její úloha v životě dítěte. Následná kapitola popisuje pojem rané péče, krátce je popsána historie rané intervence. Poslední kapitola pojednává o předčasně narozeném jedinci, jeho vývoji a s tím související neonatologickou péčí. Ta hraje v prvních okamžicích každého jedince významnou roli. Seznam všech poskytovatelů služby rané péče naleznete v příloze diplomové práce. Cílem výzkumu bylo poukázat na nepostradatelnost služby rané péče. Důležitým faktorem je nepromeškat dobu plasticity mozku malého dítěte. Druhým faktorem je odbourat počáteční obavy z neznáma.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the families with prematurely born children which are given early intervention in the early care centres. There are four parts in the thesis. The first one focuses on the terminology, causes and classification of severe disabilities. The importance of family and its role in the life of a child is also mentioned in this part. The next chapter describes the concept of early care and briefly presents the history of early intervention. The last chapter deals with the individual who was born prematurely, his or her development and related neonatology care which is very important in the early lives of all these children. This list can be found in the appendix. The aim of the research was to stress the indispensable services early care. An important factor is never lose time plasticity the brain of a small child. The second factor is removed through the initial fears of the unknown.
