Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdílem mezi ITIL v3 a ITIL 4. V teoretické části je popsán ITIL, jeho historie, charakteristické rysy. Je zde také specifikován ITIL v3, jeho strategie, návrh, přechod, provoz a průběžné zlepšování služeb. The bachelor thesis deals with the difference between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4. The theoretical part describes ITIL, its history, characteristics. It also specifies ITIL v3, its strategy, design, transition, operation and continuous service improvement.
