Mezi základní existenční podmínky každé obce patří zajištění dodávky energií a vody pro občany a další subjekty, které v obci působí. Teplo je pro domácnosti zajišťováno rozmanitým způsobem. Na malých obcích to jsou malé lokální zdroje (kamna či kotle), které ve většině případů nevyhovují ekologickým podmínkám. Among the basic conditions of existence of each municipality include ensuring the supply of energy and water for the citizens and other entities that operate in the municipality.
