Perception of supplier performance in terms of customer selected chemical products

Abstract:

Práce je věnována vnímání výkonnosti dodavatelů z pohledu odběratelů. Vymezuje pojmy výkonnost, výkon, měření výkonnosti, hodnocení výkonnost, řízení výkonnosti. Postihuje teoretické přístupy k hodnocení výkonnosti dodavatele, které může provádět buď odběratel, nebo dodavatel na základě informací získaných od odběratele. Práce se zabývá výběrem dodavatelů a důvody proč je tato problematika důležitá. Obsahuje kritéria, která se při výběru dodavatele mohou použít. Zabývá se hodnocením dodavatelů v průběhu vztahu a využitím tohoto hodnocení pro další rozvoj vztahů s nejvhodnějšími dodavateli. Následně se zabývá druhým pohledem na hodnocení výkonnosti dodavatelů, a to jaká kritéria a měřítka by měl použít dodavatel při posuzování vlastní výkonnosti. Teoretické poznatky jsou využity při realizaci výzkumu, který byl proveden u konkrétního odběratele chemických produktů anorganických kyselin a solí.

Abstract:

This work deals with perception of the efficiency of suppliers from the subscriber's perspective. Evaluating the supplier's efficiency can be provided by subscriber or by the supplier. Suppliers evaluate their efficiency based on their own customer's efficiency. It covers the field of theoretical attitudes to the evaluation of supplier's efficiency, which these attitudes can be provided by the subscriber or by the suppliers themselves, based on the information gained from the subscribers. This work deals with the selection of suppliers and reasons why this issue is important. It contains criteria which can be used in selecting the right supplier. Next important thing which is included in this work is the evaluation the suppliers in the time when we are in touch with suppliers and thanks to this evaluation we can choose the best supplier for our developing business. Conversely theoretical knowledge is a constituent part of the research which is made for evaluating suppliers of chemical products inorganic acid and salts
