Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje zejména na institut spravedlivého odměňování v pracovněprávních vztazích. This diploma thesis focuses on the concept of equal wage in labour law relations. In the introduction of the thesis there are defined basic concepts and principles of civil and labour law.
