Předmětem diplomové práce je zaměření se na podmínky nároku na vdovské nebo vdovecké důchody a jejich nervosnost v oblasti manžel-ského svazku a registrovaného partnerství a dále na princip zásluho-vosti. Nutnost v těchto oblastech provést reformní kroky k jejich udrži-telnosti, rovnosti a potřebnosti. The subject of the diploma thesis is a focus on the conditions of enti-tlement to widow's or widower's pensions and their inequality in the field of marriage and registered partnership, as well as on the princi-ple of merit.
