Specific Behavioral Managerial Theory of the Firm in the Environment of Contemporary Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje behaviorálním teoriím podniku, které lze vnímat jak alternativní teorie k původní neoklasické teorii firmy. V rámci práce jsou popsány základní charakteristiky behaviorálních modelů a představeny myšlenky jejich významných představitelů. V praktické části jsou aplikovány vybrané behaviorální teorie v prostředí skutečné firmy a zároveň jsou vymezeny faktory, které ovlivňují chování a rozhodování podniku. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na propojení teoretických závěrů behaviorálních modelů se skutečnými poznatky z vybraného podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on behavioral theory of the firm which can be assumed as an alternative theory to the original neoclassical theory of the firm. There are described elementary characteristics of behavioral models and also defined major ideas of important theorists. The practical part of the thesis deals with application of the chosen behavioral models in the real business environment. There are also mentioned factors influencing the behavior and decision making of the company. The thesis combine theoretical knowledge of behaviroal models with genuine findings of chosen company.
