Abstract:
Tahle bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou sycených vinných nápojů. V literárních rešerších jsou popsány vinné nápoje, a to jejich historie, legislativa k jejich výrobě a popis výroby. Poté sycené vinné nápoje s jejich historií, legislativou a opět popisem výroby jednotlivých nápojů. This bachelor thesis deals with the production of carbonated wine drinks. Wine drinks are described in literary searches, namely their history, legislation for their production and a description of production. Then carbonated wine drinks with their history, legislation and again a description of the production of individual drinks.
