Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zobrazením české společnosti ve druhé polovině 19. století a počátku 20. století v historických detektivních románech Marie Mackové a Viléma Křížka. Práce zkoumá využití motivů konkrétních dobových sociálních jevů a porovnává je s výsledky historiografického výzkumu, jak je odráží odborná literatura. ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the depiction of Czech society in the second half of 19th century and in the beginning of 20th century in historical mysteries which are written by Marie Macková and Vilém Křížek.
