Potential development of small solar power plants in the terms for ending state aid

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení potenciálu rozvoje malých solárních elektráren v podmínkách nulové státní podpory. Práce seznámí čtenáře s vývojem solární energetiky v České republice, s tím spojených teorií regulace a legislativního rámce Evropské unie a České republiky ve vztahu k obnovitelným zdrojům energie. Pro ověření atraktivnosti investice do malých solárních elektráren v režimu nulových státních podpor, byla zpracována případová studie, která podrobně rozebírá aspekty investic do malé solární elektrárny, zároveň je doplněna analýza dopadů zásadních legislativních změn v posledních letech v oblasti solární energetiky. V závěru studie je diskutován potenciál rozvoje investic do solárních elektráren za nulové státní podpory, kdy je předpokládáno, že tyto investice budou probíhat pouze za předpokladu pokrytí vlastní spotřeby elektrické energie majitelů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to assess the development potential of small solar power plants under the condition of the zero state aid. Work introduces the topic of the development of solar energy in the Czech Republic and the related theory of regulation and the legislative framework of the European Union and the Czech Republic in relation to renewable energy. The case study analyses in detail various aspects of investments in small solar power plants in addition to the analysis of significant legislative changes backed by three scenarios in the area of solar energy. The last part of the study discusses the development potential of investments in solar power plants for zero state aid, based on the assumption that these investments will only be in process in order to meet the electricity consumption needs of the owners.
