Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje vymáhání daní se zaměřením na oprávnění správce daně při výkonu daňové exekuce podle aktuálně platné právní úpravy. Úvodní kapitoly jsou věnovány základním zásadám správy daní a důležitým institutům daňového řízení. Dále je analyzován proces vyhledávání a zajištění daňových nedoplatků z pohledu správce daně a jednotlivé způsoby vymáhání daní s ohledem na recentní judikaturu. V poslední kapitole je analyzován postup daňového exekutora při výkonu při výkonu daňové exekuce.

Abstract:

The thesis is dedicated to tax enforcement with a focus on the authority of the tax administrator during the execution of tax enforcement according to the currently valid legislation. The opening chapters are focused on the basic principles of tax administration and important institutes of tax management. Furthermore, the process of finding and ensuring tax arrears is analysed from the point of view of the tax administrator and the individual methods of tax enforcement with regard to recent jurisprudence. In the last chapter, the procedure of the tax executor is analysed in the execution of the tax execution.
